UCSC Cell Browser Data Submission

Project Description
This should be a single identifier up to 20 characters and separated by hyphens. Not a long paper title, no uppercase letters, no special characters except hyphens, no dots. Something that can be used in a internet server name. Examples: cortex-dev, hnoca, ms-subcortical-lesions. If the organism is human, no need to add 'human' since this is the default. No need to add the word 'atlas'.

This should be a few whole words with normal uppercasing, not a full paper title, but a minimal label for the dataset. Examples: Human Cortical Development, Human Neural Organoid Cell Atlas, Subcortical Multiple Sclerosis Lesions

Paste your paper abstract or summarize the dataset’s purpose, tissue, or findings.

In a few paragraphs, describe the biological specimen (e.g., organism, tissue type), sample preparation, library preparation, sequencing technology, and key analysis steps.
Check this box if you are submitting multiple related datasets that should appear as a single collection.

Please provide any of the following accession numbers. You can add other accession numbers separated by commas in the 'Other' field if necessary. If you don't have them yet, leave them blank.

Please provide any of the following paper URLs.

Sample Information Type to search or add custom entries. Separate multiple values with Enter or comma.

Additional Information
Do not upload your dataset files (Seurat RDS, Scanpy h5ad, etc.) here, you will do this at the next step after you submit your project information.
These are shown as "quick genes" on the left-hand side of the Cell Browser for quick access under the "Gene" tab.
Quick genes are typically featured in a figure or highlighted in your manuscript.
You may also upload this list as a TSV or CSV under "Additional Files" up above.
